Unfortunately there is not much development available for this device.

How to Install TWRP Recovery in V3 max ?

Note:- This Recovery is Based on TWRP 3.0.3 Version this maybe work with Standard version of V3 but its not tested.

Steps:-

• 
  
• Go to Settings, then More Settings, About Phone and then tap Software version 10 times. It should now say that you are a developer.
• Go to Settings, then More Settings, Developer Options. Turn on USB Debugging and Enable OEM Unlock.
• Connect your phone to your computer. Authorize the USB debugging request on your phone screen.
• If you haven't already, install ADB/Fastboot drivers. See here for further instructions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2317790
• Place the TWRP file from the download links above in your current directory
• Completely power off your phone.
• Hold the VOLUME DOWN and POWER buttons together until you see a black screen with FASTBOOT options.
• In a command line window (or using Minimal ADB Fastboot if you used the above instructions), run this command: 
• fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
• If all went well the custom recovery has now been flashed. Use the volume buttons on your phone to select "RECOVERY" from the FASTBOOT options on-screen, then press the power button to confirm. You should now be in recovery mode! Congratulations!
