How to root LeEco Le Max 2 X820

Here we come with new and simple and totally working method of getting root access and installing TWRP ( Team win recovery project) in your LeEco Le Max 2 X820 version.
Following method kinda tricky but works 100% on X820 version, if you wanna try on X821 Version do it on you're own risk.

Note:- We are not responsible for anything or any damage follow the tutorial carefully to avoid any damage.

Requirements/Downloads:-

• TWRP Recovery and SuperSu.zip ( Copy SuperSu.zip in Device Internal Storage)

• Universal ADB USB Drivers ( Install Drivers & Keep ADB Folder on Desktop)

• Simple knowledge of computers and flashing.

Step 1 :- Installing Custom Recovery.

• Enable USB Debugging mode from Settings>Developers Option>USB Debugging.

• If you don't see developers option go to Settings>About Phone>Hit Build No .5,6 times.

• Connect you're device to PC Via USB Cable.

• Open ADB Folder and Press Shift+ Right click to Open Command window here.

• Command Prompt window will open.

• Type following Command to check device is connected or not.

adb devices

• If device is connected this will show on device ID on Command Window.

• Now type following command to Reboot into bootloader and enable fastboot mode.

abd reboot bootloader

• Now Device goes into fastboot mode.

• Go to TWRP Folder where you've Extracted TWRP Recovery and Rename X820-TWRP3.0.0-0526.img  file to recovery.img

• Place recovery.img file in ADB folder.

• Type following command to flash recovery.

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

• Let process gets completed.

• Thats it you've installed TWRP recovery.

Step 2:- Getting Root access.

• Go boot into TWRP Recovery by pressing  and holding ( Power+Vol up )

• go to install now option.

• Locate SuperSu.zip which you've copied on you're  device internal storage. 

• Flash zip.

• That's it Reboot into system now.

• Download and install root checker app to conform root access.
