--------------------- Some Usefull Info about Redmi Note 4 ---------------------
1. You can flash Miui Global Rom Even if your Redmi Note 4 bootloader is locked. It doesn't matter if your Redmi Note 4 bootloader is locked or unlocked you can flash stock rom on redmi note 4 by this method.

2. It is recommended to charge your device atleast 25% minimum.

3. Once flashing is completed Remove the USB cable and hold Power button until it vibrates. it can take up to 15min to finish the first boot.
