Download the rom
copy it on the sdcard
reboot the phone in recovery TWRP !!!!!!!!!(not stok, will not work)
Make a backup of your working rom FIRST
WIPE factory reset
Advanced WIPE select dalvik cahe, system, data, cache, android secure and Swipe
Install, select extsdcard, searhc the rom and clik on it to charge it, then SWIPE to install
When it finish, reboot the phone
first boot will be a bit longer so dont worry
