NOTE:::Make a backup of all your Data.....
Pre-requisite::Your Device Must be Rooted and have installed TWRP/CWM recovery......If not,then follow my steps on

Steps::

1--Download the Official CM 14.1 ROM :: https://download.cyanogenmod.org/

Alternate Download link : https://1drv.ms/u/s!AnI9xgvoTPxohBOSdMpPVNDrzm6G

Download the GApps for Android 7.1.1 :: http://opengapps.org/?download=true&arch=arm64&api=7.0&variant=micro

2--Place both the files on your SD Card.....

3--Boot into Recovery mode and Wipe Data of your Device.(This will erase your Data from Device)

4--Install both the ZIP files.......

5--Wipe Cache/Dalvik..

Reboot System.....

BOOMM...!!!!
You are now running the all new CyanogeMod 14.1 on your Device.....
